Registration Fees:
$60 for the event per
person - Rider
$40 for the event per person - Non-Rider
$30 for the event per child 15 & under w/ paid parent
- This includes a catered dinner on Saturday night.
NOTE: The same fee applies to all attendees no matter how many days you are present
- remember you are supporting the "event" to help cover fuel
costs.

What a blast! Last year was the best
ever. Tons of scheduled clinics to help you focus on one
particular trick. Two "Chick Boats" scheduled. This is for
ladies only so you do not feel intimidated by anyone with a "Y"
Chromosome. Also, just for the Ladies - Pure Roamance party on
Thursday night. Catered dinner Saturday night. Totally
Awesome design for Event T-Shirts.
And who could forget the indoor go-cart races at Fun World on Friday
night! - Don't forget to wear shoes and not flip-flops.
On Thursday night at the Ridges Resort is the kick-off party for the
GA mountain Moonshine Cruz-In. This event has been at the resort
for the past 2 years with us and it has been great. Live band, BBQ

Important Information:
Room Rates: $119 / night
Villa Rentals: $250 / night - 2 bedroom, $350 / night - 3
bedroom, $400 / night - 4 bedroom. We encourage you to group with
friends and get a Villa. They are fully furnished condos.
Free covered boat slip for the first 10 boats - $15 / night after that.

If you are planning on bringing a boat - Please
let us know so we can get an idea of how many we will have.
Fly-In's are a GREAT place to ride with other
foilers and get tips on improving you skillz! We are also going to
have several brand new products available for you to "test drive" before
you buy! With all of the new foils, wings, tbars, seats, etc. -
how do you know which one is right for you? This will be your
chance to try the latest and greatest products hot off the CNC machine.
* * NOTE:
There will be NO alcoholic beverages allowed on any of the official
towboats. If you have been drinking during the day, you will not
be allowed to ski that day. So, please wait until the end of the
day.
This is sure to be a GREAT event! Hosted in the beautifully scenic North
Georgia Mountains on Lake Chatuge. Located in Hiawassee - Towns County
Georgia, the area offers much more that a great lake to hydrofoil on.

If you plan on bringing a boat to the GA Mountain Fly-In, here are
some of the GA boating laws:
1) At least one Type I, II or III PFD for each person in the boat.
2) One Type IV Throwable PFD
3) Skier must wear a Type I, II or III PFD.
4) Passengers under the age of 10 must wear a PFD anytime the boat is
underway.
5) If a boat is towing a skier there must be at least one competent
observer or a mirror.
6) Boat driver can not be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.
7) No skiing between official Sunset and Official Sunrise.
8) Must have a Type B fire extinguisher on board.
9) No boat is permitted to be under power (more than an idle) within 100
feet of a dock or another vessel.
10) Boat Driver must have a valid drivers license with them. |
